We are pleased to announce that SCB Ltd has successfully held its Annual Conference on February 22, 2024, in the exclusive setting of the Hotel Prezident Palace.
The conference brought together company directors, department managers, and more than 50 employees — creating an inspiring environment for sharing ideas, recognition, and proactive planning for the future.
The central part of the conference was dedicated to awards and acknowledgments for employee loyalty and dedication. On this occasion, special recognition was given to employees who have marked 10, 15, and 20 years of service at SCB, as a token of gratitude for their long-term commitment and valuable contributions over the years.
Department managers presented the results achieved during 2023, highlighting key successes as well as challenges faced throughout the year. Plans and goals for 2024 were also discussed, with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving new milestones in business performance.
The event concluded with an informal cocktail reception, offering an opportunity for further interaction and exchange of experiences between employees and company leadership.
